Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Tap2review ("Tap2review", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

1. Our products

Tap2review sells NFC Google review plaques. Each plaque is programmed to open the Google review page for the business details you give us when you order. We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

2. Your business details

When you order, you must give us your business name and suburb, or your Google review link. You're responsible for making sure these details are correct and that you're entitled to use them. If we can't clearly identify the right Google review page, we may contact you before programming your plaque.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price is shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and discounts

Prices are in Australian dollars. Quantity discounts are applied automatically in your cart and are shown before you pay. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship within Australia only. See our shipping policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds

Because every plaque is programmed for a specific business, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If something is wrong with your plaque, see our refund policy.

8. Using the plaque

The plaque opens a web page on a customer's phone. Whether a customer leaves a review, and what they write, is up to them. We don't guarantee any number or type of reviews. Please use the plaque in line with Google's policies, for example by not offering incentives for reviews.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 9, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, reprogramming it, or refunding the price you paid for it.

11. Website content

The content on this website, including text, images and the Tap2review name and logo, belongs to Tap2review or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC; Tap2review is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
