How it works for you and your customers.
Do my customers need an app?
No. NFC is built into modern smartphones. Customers hold their phone near the plaque and your Google review page opens in their browser.
Which phones does it work with?
Any smartphone with NFC, which covers most iPhones and Android phones in use today. iPhone XS and newer read it automatically when unlocked. On Android, NFC just needs to be switched on, and it usually is by default.
What does my customer see when they tap?
On iPhone, a notification pops up at the top of the screen; one tap on it opens your Google review page. On most Android phones, the review page opens straight away.
How do I put it up?
Peel off the backing and press it onto a clean, dry, flat surface, like a counter, wall, window or front desk.
How big is it?
12 × 12 cm. Big enough to notice, small enough for a busy counter.
What if someone leaves a bad review?
It happens to everyone. Reply politely and fix what you can; Google says replying to reviews shows you value feedback. And the more happy customers who review, the less one grumpy one stands out.

How do you set it up for my business?
When you order, tell us your business name and suburb, or paste your Google review link. We program your plaque to open your Google review page and post it to you, ready to stick up.
Can I order for more than one location?
Yes. Add a plaque to your cart for each location, with that location's business name or review link. Each one is programmed separately.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once and the plaque keeps working. No subscription and no account.
Do you offer discounts for more than one plaque?
Yes. 1 plaque is $59.99, 2 are $53.99 each, 3 are $47.99 each, and 4 or more are $41.99 each. The discount is applied automatically in your cart and counts every plaque in the order, so 4 plaques for 4 different locations are still $41.99 each.
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay with the options shown at checkout, including PayPal and Shop Pay.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Australia, and standard shipping is free. We don't ship overseas yet.
