Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We don't ship overseas yet.

Processing

Each plaque is programmed with the business details you give us when you order. Once it's programmed and tested, we pack it and post it. We'll email you when your order has shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order.

The shipping options available for your order and their exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

If your order has tracking, the tracking link will be in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page and we'll do our best to update it before your plaque is posted.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll help. Damaged plaques are covered by our refund policy.
